Secret Garden Tours
Secret Gardens Italy hosts historical garden tours of Rome, Lazio and Umbria. These gardens are histories of place, as well as of cultivated nature, some, over thousands of years.
We include public and private spaces, indoors and out, which have significant botanical and/or environmental interest, in addition to social or historical importance.
Most have a strong relationship to Rome’s 3,000 years of history.
We offer seasonally appropriate tour programs each month, and multiple day programs can be customized. Private tours are also available to suit individual tastes and requirements.
Care is taken to balance each day’s tour with historical and aesthetic consideration and certain tours (*) are appropriate for even the first-time visitor to Italy.
All tours are handicapped accessible and vegetarian choices are always available at all served meals.
