Apartment Teatro Della Pace July-08 USA Family Group Beth A. We LOVED this place! My 76 year old mother, 21 year old son and I shared this place in July '08. The location could not have been better. Right in the center of the action. It had modern amenities with old world charm. There is a supermarket just down the street, Piazza Navona is steps away....we walked almost everywhere. You will want to bring earplugs as the neighborhood sounds may keep you up if you want to turn in early. I had never been to Europe before, and was apprehensive about trusting any non traditional accomodation companies. My experience with Rome-Accom was excellent, and I would reccomend them to anyone!

Located halfway between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain, this is a spacious one-bedroom one and one-half bath space it a great location. The subway is close as is shopping on the Via Condotti and Via Veneto. The manager met us on time and we had a great stay. Delightful people to work with. Recommended to all experienced travellers.

Appartment was cosy and clean, all equipments did work proberly. Could be used again by us (3 adults and one baby in our group). I got to see some priceless art at Borghese Park.By the way I wanted you to know that Gino provided great transportation. The drivers were excellent and got us to where we wanted just in time and they were very efficient. The apartments were just lovely and we will definitely do it again.
Apartment Eustacchio June-08 Estonia Mixed Group Annika R. Very-very beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Almost everything is ca 1,5 km from the apartment. I can say walking distance. On arrival there was a nice surprise for us (bottle of wine and water). The only minus is fourth floor and long-long stairs. I don't recommend it to reserve people who are not able to take these 109 steps. For the rest it's just super place to stay!

The apartment was spacious, the balcony is awesome and the amenities were reasonable. I would stay here again. For an apartment in Rome, this seemed like very good value. The amenities were good, especially as there was a hair dryer. We were not high users of the kitchen or dining facilities as we went out all of the time. We were happy and would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Sofa bed was not that comfortable, and the room it is in is not air conditioned. So great apartment for three people, but not as comfortable for five.

I sensed when I spoke to him on our train 10 min from arriving at the stazione that he had moved boulders to accommodate our needs in such a short time and we were very grateful for the way he handled the issue. It was reassuring. Although I have been to Italy many times, this was the first time with children and your apartments were ideal. I have passed on your details to friends who are touring Italy in October and will definitely promote your site. The organisation of transfers were also excellent. I had the pleasure of meeting your cleaning staff in Rome and they were lovely and very professional and obliging. You are doing a great job and know the needs of families (especially Aussies).

Can get a little noisy at night but that's to be expected in Rome. Good value for money....and make sure take the guestbook's advice and walk to Da Baffetto on Via del Governo Vecchio (past Piazza Navona) for the best pizza ever!...jut don't expect a smiling waiter or cut glassware.

About 50 metres from the Pantheon and also close to the Piazza Navona. A car from the airport was essential to finding it (for first time visitors to Rome). Ice cream for the children and wine for the adults was a lovely welcome gesture from the owner. Only word of caution is that, with 109 steps to the front door and no elevator, don't think of nipping back upstairs to get something you forgot! In all, our visit was handled extremely professionally and the standard of accomodation and service were superb.

I would highly recommend Ottaviano Uno for anyone wishing for an alternative to expensive hotel rooms.
